Joe Starsia
Joe Starsia is a Personal Family Lawyer® and Family Business Lawyer™ who brings a practical, client-focused approach to helping families plan for the future. His work is grounded in clear communication, strong relationships, and a commitment to making estate planning understandable and empowering.
Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, Joe earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Lynchburg, where he played on the men’s lacrosse team. He later spent ten years coaching men’s lacrosse at the collegiate level, an experience that shaped his leadership style and reinforced the importance of mentorship and long-term thinking.
After coaching, Joe earned his law degree with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a Chancellor. He practiced commercial litigation at an international law firm before joining the family business to focus on estate planning and family-centered guidance.
Now living in Burnt Hills with his wife, Pam, their two sons, Dominic and Luigi, and their rescue pets, Joe is passionate about serving the local community and helping families protect what matters most.
